Here are just a few of the new procedures we've introduced here in the office.

Digital X-Rays

Digital dental radiography is faster, more effective and much safer than traditional dental radiography.

We can now capture X-ray images of your teeth and mouth by using computerized equipment and software. Like traditional X-ray's we expose the area of your mouth and teeth to a small sensor (now smaller and softer) that captures a digital image onto our computer.

Traditional dental radiography requires chemical development and time before you can view the X-ray and the photo cannot be adjusted.  Digital X-rays can be viewed on a computer screen just moments after exposure. Each of our dental stations comes equipped with a large flat screen monitor for you and the dentist to review your digital X-rays.

In addition, digital X-rays are safer for the environment and more to the point, you. The amount of the X-ray radiation is 80%-90% LESS than with traditional dental X-rays. 

Intra Oral Camera

An Intra Oral Camera is a tiny video camera that looks like a small wand.  With that small size, we can zoom in on your teeth and mouth to provide photographs and videos for you to review on our dental stations flat screen monitor as well as make instant dental records.

The intra oral camera gives both you and your dentist a close-up view of your teeth and inside your mouth making diagnosing and treatment decisions easier and more accurate. 

State of the Art Sterilization Equipment

With an absolute necessity of sterilization to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we have a great care and concern to take extra measures to ensure a sterile environment with the total destruction of bacteria, virus, fungi, etc., on medical/dental/surgical instruments during cleaning.

Large Flat Screen Monitors

Each of our dental stations now provides flat screen monitors for your viewing entertainment during your visit. We also use the large screens to show you Digital X-rays and images captured from our new Intra Oral Cameras.
